The Dutchman slotted the ball between his centre-back partner’s legs during a passing drill at Melwood. The Liverpool players are gearing up for their next Premier League match in a bid to finish the season with 100 points.
As it stands, the Reds need just seven more points to reach the centurion mark and the next step will be Arsenal at the Emirates.
Their draw against Burnley at Anfield has set them back, but a 100-point campaign is still achievable in the three remaining fixtures. Van Dijk and his teammates will lift the Premier League trophy at Anfield when they host Chelsea next week, the club’s first top flight title in 30 years.
Loads of Liverpool fans are going wild over the training clip, with many lauding van Dijk for his piece of skill. One supporter has tweeted describing it as ‘utter filth’.
