'Yesss', 'Love it', 'Everton are finished' - Many Liverpool fans go wild over derby team news

Plenty of Liverpool fans expressed their delight as Jurgen Klopp revealed the team that will start against Everton at Goodison Park this afternoon.

The club’s official Twitter account revealed that Joel Matip and Thiago will start the  game, which is a huge opportunity for the Reds to bounce back after their dismal 7-2 defeat to Aston Villa before the international break.

Matip has been struggling with injuries for some time and missed 20 games last season due to a knee problem, but was deemed fit enough for today’s crunch clash across Stanley Park. Meanwhile, Thiago has only featured during a 45-minute cameo against Chelsea so far, when he left many supporters stunned by his performance.

Unsurprisingly, many supporters went crazy after discovering Klopp’s lineup, with Joe Gomez dropping to the bench along with Diogo Jota, and Georginio Wijnaldum missing out entirely due to a minor injury.
