Sports'Spot on', 'Klopp knows ball' - Many West Ham fans react to comments on 'incredible' Hammer
West Ham United managed to get a well-deserved draw against Manchester City last weekend. They now face an even tougher test as they face up against Jurgen Klopp and his Liverpool side this weekend.
There is the slight issue of who will start up front due to Michail Antonio suffering an injury – Sebastien Haller seems the most likely option as he is their only other proper centre-forward.
Despite only scoring eight goals in the Premier League since he arrived last summer, Klopp has praised the Frenchman. He said: “Haller played an incredible season at Frankfurt, good, quick, physical, brilliant in the air. They have options. Some smart business in the last 18 months. All starting to click.”
Despite only playing 50 minutes of Premier League football this season, Haller looks likely to get his first start of the season against the Reds. If he can replicate form from that season in Germany, where he managed 15 goals and nine assists, the Irons could have a real star on their hands.
Since coming to England he has been very inconsistent, but Klopp’s Bundesliga expertise seems to suggest there is a real player in there, and the Liverpool gaffer will hope for his sake that player doesn’t arrive on Saturday.

The reality is, Haller is techincally good, but neither quick or as physical as he should be for his size. In the air he fails to impress again due to his inability to out jump a dwarf, I admire Klopp but he hasn’t been in the German League for 4 years so is out of touch.
