'Class of his own', 'No words' - Many Villa fans stunned by 'world class' moment from star

Plenty of Aston Villa supporters were left gobsmacked by skipper Jack Grealish and his moment of brilliance during his side’s 1-0 victory against Leicester City last night.

Ross Barkley’s injury-time strike was the difference between the two sides in what was a cagey 90-minute affair but the visitors ultimately held on to their 100% record and as such, they are keeping pace with Everton at the top of the standings.

However, it was Grealish that fans were talking about after the full-time whistle due to one moment during the second-half that left some of the Villa Park faithful stunned.

The England international picked up possession on the edge of the box, held up the ball and cheekily played a back-heeled pass through two Leicester players to Matt Targett.

Unsurprisingly, supporters salivated over this moment during the game, which comes after England manager Gareth Southgate opted not to play the 25-year-old in any of his side’s Nations League matches despite the Villa captain impressing against Wales.
