'Would be ridiculous', 'Leg it' - Plenty of Everton fans slam possible player exit to West Ham
Plenty of Everton fans have been slamming the possible exit of Seamus Coleman to West Ham United as the Sunday People (via The Toffee Blues) have reported that David Moyes is looking to reunite with his former player at the London Stadium.
Indeed, the Irish international has played in every single minute of the 2020/21 Premier League term so far under Carlo Ancelotti, bagging himself an assist most recently against Crystal Palace in a 2-1 victory at Selhurst Park to make it three wins out of three for the Toffees, according to Transfermarkt.
Coleman has worn the captain’s armband in each of those games and is therefore arguably too important to the team in this moment in time, given also the fact that the Blues may not get much money for the 31-year old in the current market due to his age.
These members of the Goodison Park faithful slammed the right-back’s potential move to the Hammers on Twitter:
No chance, that would be ridiculous to let Coleman go.I CANNOT see why he would want to go there. They are a bottom half club who will need to get some good results together quickly. Coleman, kenny and Rodriguez down the right 🔥Digne, Nkonouku and Richarlison down the right 🔥

I’ll personally set up blockades everywhere to prevent this.

Not a chance!!! He’s adored by Evertonians and is starting every PL game. Carlo knows what he brings to the team and the squad. You can’t replace what he brings!!
