Many Aston Villa fans have reacted to the 3-0 win over Fulham in the Premier League on Monday night as the Midlands outfit sit 4th in the league table.
It has been the perfect start to the new season for Dean Smith’s side, opening up the new campaign with a 1-0 win over Sheffield United.
Heading into the game against Fulham, Villa had played just one game less than the majority of their Premier League rivals and they certainly had a spring in their step.
Jack Grealish opened the scoring at Craven Cottage, finishing off a superb move as early as the fourth minute.
Conor Hourihane then got himself on the scoresheet and extend Villa’s lead on the 15th minute mark, before the game was wrapped as early as the 47th minute when Tyrone Mings was left completely unmarked inside the area to tap home.
The results means Villa have now won two league games out of two and are yet to concede a goal in the Premier League this term.

Performance was ok. I think we’ll play better in other matches and lose. Looked good in the final third but as a whole we have a lot to improve on.

Pretty much in control from 1st whistle, 3 well crafted goals, defence well drilled, centre halves causing trouble in both boxes, thought ref was a bit card happy.

Really satisfied so far. Watkins is only going to improve. Cash, Trezeguet, Mcginn were impressive, nice to see Ramsey get minutes. Still need 1/2 players in and I think we’ll have a good season. Some ups and down of course but good enough to avoid a relegation battle
