Plenty of Manchester United fans have been slamming Anthony Martial as he missed a great chance to give Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s team the lead in the first half of the game against West Brom in the Premier League.
Luckily for the France international, his miss did not cost his side in the end as the Red Devils came away from Old Trafford with all three points thanks to a penalty kick from Bruno Fernandes.
Nonetheless, the display of Martial was not the best, as the 24 year-old lost possession of the ball no fewer than 18 times in the game, the third highest out of any of his teammates on the pitch (Sofascore).
He is also clearly struggling in front of goal at this moment in time, with no goals in five matches now in the top flight so far in the 2020/21 term (Transfermarkt).
