Glasgow Rangers continued their positive early season form on Sunday as they thrashed Motherwell at Fir Park.
The Gers won 5-1, with James Tavernier and Cedric Itten both scoring braces, whilst Jordan Jones also managed to bag his first goal for the club. The Ibrox outfit retained their place at the top of the table as a result, although they will drop down to second if Celtic win their game in hand.
The game saw Calvin Bassey make his first Premiership start for the ‘Gers and he put in a solid performance, managing a SofaScore rating of 6.9. He prevailed in seven of his 13 duels, whilst he also contributed with three tackles as well as two clearances.
