'Fake an injury', 'Has no business near this team' - Many EFC fans slam 'putrid' man vs Watford
Many Everton fans have been slamming the display of Salomon Rondon in the first half of their game at home to Watford in the Premier League.
Rafael Benitez’s side got off to the perfect start at Goodison Park through a Tom Davies goal but were pegged back shortly after by former Toffees striker Josh King.
His goal sparked outrage among several Blues supporters, who started comparing him to Rondon, and came to the conclusion that the Norwegian would offer more to Benitez’s team.
The Venezuela international was largely anonymous throughout the half, recording very few touches of the ball, as he really struggled – and not for the first time in an Everton shirt.
Many Evertonians cannot wait for Dominic Calvert-Lewin to come back if Rondon continues his poor form, as he had yet to score in his first six games for the club before today.

“My nan who’s 6 feet under > fit Rondon”
“Dunno why we didn’t even start Dobbin and bring Richarlison on later for him. Rondon has no business near this team”
“20 minutes in and shock horror Rondon is invisible”
“Is Rondon the most elusive player ever? Haven’t seen him”
“Genuinely not sure what Rondon offers”
“Fake an injury or something Rondon. Putrid.”
