Sports‘Not against Spurs’, ‘Noooo’ - Many Man City fans react as ‘bad news’ emerges
As Benjamin Mendy returns to training, despite being a slight doubt, he could potentially feature against Spurs in the late kick off this afternoon – and plenty of Man City fans have reacted to his potential inclusion.
Mendy, who has just recovered from his latest injury setback, was utilised fairly regularly by Guardiola before his absence – with the Frenchman now competing for a starting place with Cancelo, Oleksandr Zinchenko and Nathan Ake.
The latter man, who signed for City in the summer, is currently out with a hamstring problem – leaving a left-back toss up between an available trio excluding the Dutchman.
Reacting to a post on Twitter, via Man City Xtra, some supporters have had their say over Mendy who could start against Bale – with some claiming the option for him to feature his ‘bad news’.
